Jubilee Tree Planting

To celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, Lancashire County Council kindly donated a tree to all of the schools in Lancashire to mark the occasion. Here are our Class 1 Forest School Teams planting the special tree to mark the occasion.

	Here we have our Jubilee Tree planted.	It is located next to our prayer garden.

 

To also celebrate the Jubilee and to mark the occasion officially, Tom Adams Fruit Tree Nursery and Cheviot Trees Ltd, kindly donated a HUGE donation of saplings to the school. this has meant every pupil and member of staff has been able to plant their own tree in the school grounds to mark the Jubilee Year- a HUGE thank you to Tom Adams Fruit Tree Nursery and Cheviot Trees Ltd!
