National Fitness Day
Today we celebrated National Fitness Day at school! We started with a series of circuit training activities in the hall, including: baton relay, ladder runs, beanbag balancing, star jumps, squats, burpees, triceps dip, step ups, plank and many more.
After that we returned to our classes and completed a variety of tasks link to staying healthy, keeping fit, as well as looking at healthy and unhealthy foods.
